Redownloaded them, tried both the 32 and 64. I extract them on the Ubuntu box using "tar xvzf" then I delete the old addpasswd and gnugk, copy the extracted 3.8 executable from the "bin" folder that was extracted. And it still claims "no such file or directory" even though I can see the file. So bizarre. Is this the right executable? -----Original Message----- From: Jan Willamowius [mailto:jan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, January 06, 2015 3:18 PM To: openh323gk-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: upgrade issue Please check if your download was ok. When I download and extract the archive, I do get a dynamic executable that works just like the last one. Jan Josh Rogalski wrote: > When I ran that command, I got "not a dynamic executable". What I wanted to do was just drag and drop the already created executable you had in the download section. I am uncomfortable with compiling, and was hoping for a shortcut like last time. Are these downloadable executables on the website not able to be slipped in to upgrade? I did this for my last upgrade, although as I recall it might have been from a separate site that was sent to us. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I am running Ubuntu 14.04. thank you! > > > > [Josh Signature January 2012] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dive into the World of Parallel Programming!
