Jan, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I was able to connect to our conference unit from the outside after I set the GKRouted to equal Zero, and disabled the Proxy and ProxyForNat by setting those values zero. As soon as I did this and restarted the services I was able to register to the GK and connect over the Verizon 3G network to our Polycom unit. I discovered this after I ran the GateKeeper in direct mode (gnugk - d). In this mode I was able to establish a connection remotely so that tipped me off that something wasn't configured right in my ini file. Hope I posted to the right address. You should enable tracing (-ttttt on the command line) to see why calls fail. When you ask for help here, we would also need much more information about the network configuration and your config file. In general configurations using port forwarding are the hardest to get right. Its usually much better to use a NAT traversal protocol. All port forwards have been configured according to the documentation. Everything works fine internally and devices can register to the gatekeeper externally. However the far end is still unreachable.
