this question really belongs on the Users mailinglist:

Looking at the status port won't give you enough information to debug
calls. You should enable tracing (-ttttt on the command line) to see
why calls fail.

When you ask for help here, we would also need much more information
about the network configuration and your config file. In general
configurations using port forwarding are the hardest to get right. Its
usually much better to use a NAT traversal protocol.
