New features for GnuGk 3.2

Hi,

I'm toying with the idea to release GnuGk 3.2 in January, and it would
be very helpful to get some feedback from the community on the CVS code.

Whats new ?
- multiple instances of routing policies with different configurations
- support for additive registrations, incl. forwarding to a parent
  gatekeeper
- easier RTP debugging (trace level 7)
- quite a lot of bug fixes, especially for high load installations

I'll give an example what you can do with the multiple configs for
routing policies:

[RoutingPolicy]
default=explicit,sql::Stage1,internal,enum::h323,srv::h323,dns,sql::Stage2,enum::sip,srv::sip

This would give you multiple stages of SQL rewriting, the first stage
reading its config from [Routing::SQL::Stage1] and the second reading
config from [Routing::SQL::Stage1] plus applying ENUM and SRV policies
looking at different schemas, again reading from [Routing::ENUM::h323],
[Routing::ENUM::sip] and [Routing::SRV::h323] and [Routing::SRV::sip].

The possibilities are endless and you can do this with the following
policies: sql, enum, srv, dns, numberanalysis, lua, forwarding.

Happy testing,
Jan
