Then you have all the latest fixes. The next step would be do a level 5
trace of a failing call and try to find where the RTP goes missing.

There is also a RTP_DEBUG switch in the Makefile which you can comment
in and recompile. But beware, thats going to produce a huge amount of
trace output.
