We’re trying to setup a set of gatekeepers here and are running into some issues with the media traversal. Our configuration is the following based on neighboring gatekeepers using traversal zones and H.460.19 multiplexing. Endpoint A <---------> GK Internal #1 <----------> GK External <----------> GK Internal #2 <----------> Endpoint B Traversal Client H.460.19m Traversal Server H.460.19m Traversal Client | | Endpoint C So, call control works fine. I can initiate calls from one end to the other. Issue is media traversal. I think the issue is in the multiplexing. Endpoint A <--> Endpoint B: No media either direction Endpoint A <--> Endpoint C: Media from A -> C but not from C->A I stuck wireshark on the GK External and GK Internal #1 and was surprised a bit. From what I can see the traffic is moving between the gatekeepers but does not make it to the endpoints. i.e. Endpoint A call to Endpoint C Endpoint A Media A -> GK #1 -> GK External -> C GOOD Endpoint C Media C -> GK External -> GK #1 MISSING GK#1 -> Endpoint A traffic My configuration files: GK Internal #1 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Gatekeeper::Main] Name=GK1 Fortytwo=42 TimeToLive=600 [RoutedMode] GKRouted=1 H245Routed=1 CallSignalPort=1720 RemoveH245AddressOnTunneling=1 DropCallsByReleaseComplete=1 SupportNATedEndpoints=1 Q931PortRange=30000-39999 H245PortRange=40000-49999 EnableH46018=1 [Proxy] Enable=1 ProxyAlways=1 RTPMultiplexing=1 RTPMultiplexPort=63000 RTCPMultiplexPort=63001 T120PortRange=50000-59999 RTPPortRange=50000-59999 [RasSrv::Neighbors] GKExternal=Generic [Neighbor::GKExternal] ;from unknown IP Host=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx SendPrefixes=* AcceptPrefixes=* H46018Client=1 H46018Server=0 SendAuthUser=******** SendPassword=************** ForwardHopCount=3 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- GK External --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Gatekeeper::Main] Fortytwo=42 TimeToLive=600 Name=ExternalGK [RoutedMode] GKRouted=1 H245Routed=1 CallSignalPort=1720 RemoveH245AddressOnTunneling=1 DropCallsByReleaseComplete=1 SupportNATedEndpoints=1 Q931PortRange=30000-39999 H245PortRange=40000-49999 EnableH46018=1 AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1 [RasSrv::ARQFeatures] ArjReasonRouteCallToGatekeeper=0 SendRIP=9000 [Proxy] Enable=1 ProxyAlways=1 RTPMultiplexing=1 RTPMultiplexPort=63000 RTCPMultiplexPort=63001 T120PortRange=50000-59999 RTPPortRange=50000-59999 [RasSrv::Neighbors] GK1=Generic GK2=Generic [RasSrv::LRQFeatures] ForwardResponse=1 [Neighbor:: GK1] GatekeeperIdentifier=GK1 Host=192.168.254.28 SendPrefixes=* AcceptPrefixes=* H46018Client=0 H46018Server=1 AuthUser=********** Password=************** ForwardResponse=1 [Neighbor:: GK2] GatekeeperIdentifier=GK2 Host=192.168.100.55 SendPrefixes=* AcceptPrefixes=* H46018Client=0 H46018Server=1 AuthUser=********** Password=************* ForwardResponse=1 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for any help!
