This should be posted to the h323plus mailing list.
There is a bug in the implementation that assumes there is a gatekeeper
Identifier in the GCF even though it is an optional field.

I just checked in this fix. Can you check if it fixes the problem.

It's actually openh323 that is being strict. The vcs really doesn't care. Do
you know is there an option on the openh323 to tell it to ignore the I'd?
