Andrew,

I'm using PTLib 2.10.1 with H323Plus CVS everyday and you should try to
use that instead of PTLib CVS. Even if it does compile, there are a lot
of half-tested changes in PTLib CVS and I have a lot of crashes with it.
2.10.1 is definitly a supported version and if there is a bug (maybe
you enable different configure options than I do) we should get that
fixed.
