Hi Andrew,

in your PTLib IPv6 support is probably disabled or your PTLib is a bit
old. GnuGk 3.0 CSV compiles best with PTLib 2.10.1.

I have fixed the CVS that it will only use IsLinkLocal() if IPv6 support
is available.
