Hi, the best solution would be to use a H.323 endpoint that supports H.460.18 firewall traversal and register it to your gatekeeper on the public IP. SJPhone doesn't support firewall traversal. The 2nd best solution would be have a GnuGk running on your private IPs that registers to the public GnuGk as a parent and will tunnel all calls foir the devices that you register from other private IPs to the public GnuGk.
