Hi Ivan,

the call ID is required to be globally unique. GnuGk can tolerate
calls with the same call ID shortly after another, but not at the same
time, because GnuGk uses the call ID to match messages to internal call
objects.

I would suggest you check if this bug is fixed in newer releases of CME.
