Hi,

the H.450.2 emulator fails, because CME is reusing the same call ID
for the new call without even hanging up the old call before dialing.

Reusing the same call ID was also the reason why the endpoint based
version failed. Seems they can't afford more than one number. ;-)

I don't know how we could fix this on the GnuGk side.
