Hi Shamun,

you are posing a lot to the mailing list lately.

If you don't find anybody on the list who is willing to debug your ACD
config for you, that doesn't mean you should post the same question
again the next day.

Its OK to post any kinds of questions to the list, but please don't
re-post, please provide enough specifics for people to help you and
please try to summarize your postings. Keep in mind that each of these
mails goes out into the mailboxes of over 1000 subscribers.
