Vladyslav Home most definitely should be working. (with no bind or ExternalIP) I have it working on a windows PC on my LAN. Looking at the code Home should be read. When you startup what does it say it is listening on. If you have 2 addresses then the only thing I can think of is that it is not reading your INI.
