Just remember that in virtual environments there are plenty of timing problems. So proxying real-time traffic (video and/or voice) isn't a desirable target for this kind of environments. Don't wonder if You start to receive many complains about synchronizations and quality lost when load increases. What You can try is to put real-time in a real machine and signaling on a VM.
