Hi Robert, Assuming you have all the relevant ports open from your polycom system to the GnuGK, check that your firewall isn't "H.323 aware". For example Cisco Pix (and routers) have H.323 aware NAT enabled by default and this is known to break H.460. Same applies to Checkpoint and Watchguard.
