Continuing with the post just for sharing the further proceedings with you
guys.
The config file additions were way too aheady than actually needed. We fine
tuned [RoutedMode] sections in the configuration file:

[RoutedMode]
AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1
GKRouted=1
H245Routed=1

Along with this, we had to prioritize the 'G711 aLaw' in the first place and
'G711 uLaw' in the second, on both the endpoints.

This combination did the trick.

Yes, I could have added some more traces to it, which I (wrongly) thought
might lead to confusion.

This helped me to get rid of the problem.

Hi Vivek,

you have to find out why your endpoint is sending the disengage. We
can't see that from the 2 line trace snippet.
As a wild guess, I would check for NAT/firewall issues that prevent the
endpoints from connecting, but there are a million other possibilities.
