We fine tuned [RoutedMode] sections in the configuration file: [RoutedMode] AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1 GKRouted=1 H245Routed=1 Along with this, we had to prioritize the 'G711 aLaw' in the first place and 'G711 uLaw' in the second, on both the endpoints. This combination did the trick. We can't see that from the 2 line trace snippet. As a wild guess, I would check for NAT/firewall issues that prevent the endpoints from connecting, but there are a million other possibilities.
