Dear all,

I have been using gnugk 2.2.5 so far. I changed to 2.2.8 today and
experienced problem with SimplePasswordAuth. Does anything changed in
the authentication?

Here is the fragment of the log of 2.2.8:

2009/01/12 18:33:30.688 3             RasSrv.cxx(240)   RAS
registrationRequest {
....
    terminalAlias = 1 entries {
      [0]=h323_ID  5 characters {
        006c 0075 006b 0061 0073                  lukas
      }
    }
....
    tokens = 1 entries {
      [0]={
        tokenOID = 1.2.840.113548.10.1.2.1
        timeStamp = 1231781610
        challenge =  16 octets {
          bf 91 21 20 85 48 6a 5f  f7 38 91 46 11 42 99 59   ..! .Hj_.8.F.B.Y
        }
        random = 69
        generalID =  6 characters {
          006c 0075 006b 0061 0073 0000             lukas
        }
      }
    }
....
2009/01/12 18:33:31.063 1             RasSrv.cxx(370)   RAS     RRQ Received

2009/01/12 18:33:31.078 4 gkauth.cxx(1637) GKAUTH AliasAuth auth condition not found for alias 'default'

2009/01/12 18:33:31.094 3             gkauth.cxx(995)   GKAUTH  SimplePasswordAuth RRQ check failed

The same in 2.2.5:

2009/01/12 19:12:47.564 1             RasSrv.cxx(368)   RAS     RRQ Received
2009/01/12 19:12:47.564 4 gkauth.cxx(1504) GKAUTH AliasAuth auth condition not found for alias 'lukas'
2009/01/12 19:12:47.564 4 gkauth.cxx(1504) GKAUTH AliasAuth auth condition not found for alias 'default'
2009/01/12 19:12:47.580 3             gkauth.cxx(924)   GKAUTH  SimplePasswordAuth RRQ check ok

My config file:

[Gatekeeper::Auth]
AliasAuth=optional;RRQ
PrefixAuth=optional;ARQ
SimplePasswordAuth=required;RRQ

[SimplePasswordAuth]
KeyFilled=1
lukas=.....

[PrefixAuth]
#nothing regarding 'lukas'

[RasSrv::RRQAuth]
#nothing regarding 'lukas'

I will be grateful for hints if this is my fault. I use
an OpenH323-based terminal.

With best regards,
Lukasz Czekierda
