prefix priority?

Hello!

Part of our phone networks looks as following:

voip--->cisco3845<--isdn pri-->avaya definity<---isdn pri--->avaya
definity<--isdn pri-->cisco 2811<---voip

Let's assume one definity has numbers 60xx and another has 40xx.
Any call from voip can be handled by cisco 3845 or 2801, so they have
tech prefixes 40 and 60.
But this will be good if calls to 60xx will go to 3845 and to 40xx to
2811 until there is capacity to reduce load to
isdn pri link beetween definity.
I found only gateway priority in gnugk configuration :-(
Is is possible to set prefix priority?

Thank you!

P.S.
at first I sended this message to developers mail by mistake :-(
