Hi Ron,

As we discussed today, I fixed the problem in new dialer which caused trouble in dialing other day. I have verified it works okay on production system (225). I made test calls on 8 numbers (2 * 4 US numbers) many times and it worked without any trouble.

Now 225 is the dialer which runs with the latest version that is ‘Dialer v1.2’ and other dialers are not in operation at this moment. But I have configured new dialer on all of them. If you want to start them, you will find ‘Dialer v1.2’ folder on desktop in which RTC Client & Predictive Dialer shortcuts are located. Executing application from this folder will put ‘Dialer v1.2’ live on that system. Please make sure RTC Client is running from the ‘Dialer v1.2’ version.

In case of any trouble, please let me know so I can help you out there.

Thanks,

Vihar Patel
