Looks like the MCU is rejecting the call because it required bandwidth is
greater than the allocated for the MCU.

Put PacPhone in Trace Mode
In PacPhone.ini (in program files\PacPhone directory) edit

[Debug]
Level = 4

restart PacPhone and analyize the PacPhone_Trace.txt file to see where the
call is being rejected. If you have trouble send me the tracefile offlist.
