large_fdset value for Routed mode

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi

I have few questions.

We know that the Rule of thumb for large_fdset for
full proxy mode is 'NO_OF_MAX_CONCURRENT_CALLS * 10 +
(%margin)'.

What would be the LARGE_FDSET setting if its routed
mode?

Also will be the drawbacks of setting a too large
LARGE_FDSET value?

What is the rule-of-thumb for setting the OS limits
for the number of sockets? (ulimit -n)

Thanks in advance
