Firstly refer
http://openh323gk.cvs.sourceforge.net/openh323gk/openh323gk/etc/nat.ini?view=markup
on how to configure GnuGk behind a NAT box
If you use the windows installer it will do this automatically for you.

secondly you will need to set
[RoutedMode]
AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1
To allow unregistered callers to call in.

Finally at the moment VirtualQueue does not work with unregistered callers. The callers must be registered.

See
http://openh323gk.cvs.sourceforge.net/openh323gk/openh323gk/etc/vqueue.ini?revision=1.9&view=markup
and the manual on how to use the VQueue to do ACD.
