Hi,

what version id needed for the latest development code can change when
we add new features. As a general rule, try using the same as mentioned
for the latest release version. Also, we try to keep the code
compatible with older versions of OpenH323 and most versions will work
equally well if you don't use the beeding edge features and the new
features will just be disabled.
