GNUGK entering "0" disconnect cause code.

Hi!
The GnuGK enters to my database record many many calls that had been disconnected with the cause code 0.
The provider that sends us the traffic says that they get the 27 (Destination out of order) or the 38 (Network out of order) cause codes.

Can anyone tell me why would this happen and how can I change the cause code 0, to 34 (No Circuit/Channel Available)?

Thanks in advance.
