The AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1 is not a security risk if you're using FileIPAuth, which your example says you are. I'm also using FileIPAuth, and I "have" to use AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1 to allow my customers send calls to me without registering their equipment to my GK. However, I also had to change the default signaling port to 1720, as GK by default uses 1721 as that is what registered endpoints will do.
