followup: allowing inbound calls to registered endpoints from unregistered endpoints

So... thank you for the AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1 suggestion. I
hesitated using AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1 because of the ominous warning
about security in the manual and I didn't know exactly what security
risks that would expose me to. Someone else explained that its not
really a security risk unless you need to restrict who can call your
endpoints.

Setting AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1 works... well mostly. It seems that
the Sony PCS-1 units have some incompatibility with GnuGK which causes
the call to fail even with AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1. Polycom units
work just fine.
