AcceptNonNeighborLRQ sounds ok, too. We should just try not to be too
implicit.

Currently, everything we get back gets set as the new called alias. If
it starts with "h323:" thats cut off.
Is there some sort of spec what kind of info can be in an Enum
response ? And if we only get back an IP, what happens to the original
called alias ? Is the IP only added as destination, does the old alias
get deleted ?
