Actually, "ThirdParty" sounds ok, as 1st and 2nd party implies "us", 
neighborhood gatekeepers.

May I suggest "AcceptNonNeighbourLRQ" to make it even more explicit for 
those that have not followed this discussion.

PS. Jan, could you shed some light on why
[RoutingPolicy]
default=enum,explicit
will not work with ENUM records that return IP addresses?
