Hi,

when we developed failover, I did a lot of tests with endpoint
priorities and that the routes are tried in order of their priority.
That doesn't mean that there can't be a bug, but if there is one, its
probably more specific to certain configurations.

One thing to make sure is that _all_ involved endoints are assigned a
priority, not only some.
