Quite weirdo those things... oh well, lemmie see... so the problem still was around while you had the database on the same machine but with more calls... maybe your database is locking up and its not correctly tunned? You just said that you were updating the calls. Im quite new to gnugk and my machine is not up to check (and it not even working in a production environment), but you could please tell whats your update interval and the policy required for accouting, like start/stop/update and the modules? As a result from all this discussion, I come understand that this problem can be 'mapped' based on some sort of equation that has cps, current calls being updated and calls duration. So I ask again: if my "equation" is correct than where is the middle-point to make it work? Where can I find some test procedure to be able to define the maximum load from all my systems?
