     For example, if you're using CapacityControl      for a particular customer on a particular route, then any calls exceeding      the capacity would get a destination of 0.0.0.0 and would be disconnected      with q931 dcc 34.

     In another case, if you have NumberAnalysis      setup and one of the calls does not qualify as a valid calls after      NumberAnalysis, then that call is given a destination of 0.0.0.0 and would      be disconnected with q931 dcc 28.    

     There are other examples also.  Usually      the q931 dcc explains what could be the reason behind the call being      disconnected.

Dear Sirs,
I have a gnugk on fedora 2 x64 with posgresql        accounting and file accounting.
I have about 20 PermanentEndpoints and        3 career which send traffic.I you capacity control to limit the user and        use capacity to set endpoints some times I see traffic send to 0.0.0.0 and        service stop suddenly.
I would be so please if you help me.
