Maybe your PDD is longer than 15secs? Try to increase
SignalTimeout variable (not present in your config).
Another reason may be failing auth/acct backend, like
nonresponding RADIUS server.

i use gnugk 2.2.3 in routed mode. Asr is very low. Many calls are
failure with code 41 (temporary failure) disconnected by gatekeeper.
