ProxyChannel.cxx(2316) Q931d Could not open/connect Q.931 socket at X.X.X.X:0

I've recently added a new ethernet card in my machine and configured GnuGK to work on the new interface but when i tailed gnugk.log i found quite a few strange error messages. Could it be there is physical problem with the eth card or something else.

 ProxyChannel.cxx(2316)  Q931d   Could not open/connect Q.931 socket at  192.168.5.2:0 - error 0/4:
RasSrv.cxx(194)   RAS     Could not open listening socket at 192.168.5.2:1719 - error 12/99: Input/output error
