Hi Jan, Michal and all,
I asked about OpenIVR couple of days ago on openh323 and gnugk
mailing list and I didn't get any response.
I searched through mailing list archive and found questions related
to IVR but there weren't any clear answers.
OpenIVR works as an endpoint, however I couldn't make it work. It
receives the call (I used RouteToGateway command) but connection
drops. Probably it is not common to use OpenIVR as IVR system with gnugk.
I thought maybe it is better to implement own IVR system. Here are my
questions:
1. How to implement IVR system using gnugk, openh323/pwlib ?
2. Where in the source code should I take a look at and make changes
to gnugk to support IVR system?
3. How difficult it is? Is it worth try?
4. Is there any future plan for gnugk to support IVR?
I know Yate supports IVR, however our existing system is based on gnugk.
I appreciate if somebody can point me to the right direction.
thanks in advance,
Ganbold
