I found the problem.I am using daemontools to moniter gnugk.I have changed startup script.It is ok now.Dual Xeon 3.0G, 500 calls, only call single proxy.System load is very light.
old:exec setuidgid gnugkuser ....changed to:exec su - gnugkuser -c ...
