Just use some SQL string manipulation function to strip the prefix.

when ARQ arrives the Called-Station-Id is equal to : prefix + number.
I would like to check in the CallQuery only the number, because there
are some number I don't want. But I don't want to repeat all the
number for each prefix in the Database.
