Are both of the endpoints (dialer and Tenor
box) installed in your internal LAN without any kind of NAT or firewall in the
middle?
It looks to me that at least one of
your endpoints are behind NAT or firewall and the proper UDP ports either are
not redirected to the right private IP address or are blocked by the
firewall.

Yes,In both end I
am using G.723.1 audio codec, In Dialer (MyPhone, using MICROSOFT ACM
G.723.1) and QUINTUM (Tenor Quintum AX Series model 800 using voicecoding
81) but I have still this problem. Please help me and thanks to Teodor
Georgiev and Senvin Gam.
