Hi Marc, there is no intended change in the status port message format in 2.2.3 (apart from the fact that you can now add a callid to the end of the messages, but thats not the default). I quickly tried the provided Linux executable, but I don't see the changed output that you see. What executable are you using ? And maybe you can provide us with a trace that shows the problem.
