GWRewriteE164 does not work correctly for inbound calls
if H.323 Id sent inside a Setup is different from the one in the config.

I want to make calls to PBX2 from PBX1 through Cisco1. Diagram and

When I make call, rewrite from the section [RasSrv::RewriteE164] it is
maked. Rewrite from the section [RasSrv::GWRewriteE164] - no.
What is the reason?
