SQLAliasAuth, authentications behind a NAT

Hello,
I need help setting up an auth rule to accept endpoint registrations behind a NAT.
I'm using gnugk 2.0.9 and I know that using "sigip", the only IP checked is the local one.
What I want to do is to check the external IP and, if behind a NAT, also the internal IP.
Is it possible to do this?
I'd be happy if can anyone can help me.

Thanks for any help.
Cesar.
