[RewriteCLI]
out:any=2.2.2.2 any=1,2,3,4,5,6

I also attached the log trace

I'd suggest trying something simple first,
like:

any=x.x.x.x any=1,2,3,4

to see if it works.
You can also post a log fragment (level 6)
to demonstrate what exactly is not working.
