Let the problem as follows............. Dialer(1)--------> GK --------------> Dialer(2) if any PC contain any dialer is off illegally,such as network cable is disconnected manually,(In this case,the Dialer which is disconnected,can trace it,but though GK fail to trace it so another dialer also fail to trace it,and I am failed to update my database controled by GK)then how can I trace it through my GK.......I think it's an exciting problem....can anyone know the solution. and thanks to Teodor Georgiev for previous answer.
