Try examining the log at level 6 to see whether the rules
are correctly loaded at startup. Beware that on Windows
this syntax won't work.

I am using 2.2.2 on windows and have RewriteCLI working. The first row
(out:any=192.168.1.1 any=1001) works! But the second one does not work.

Anyone can help?

[RewriteCLI]
out:any=192.168.1.1 any=1001
out:any=192.168.1.2 any=1002

Kevin
