congestion

  Hi,

Today I had a period of about 50 minutes in which all calls towards a
destination returned DCC42 (2A) 'congestion'. Examining the logs I found
that the destination gateways have reached the maximum capacity. Can
gnugk send a 34 (no circuit available) instead of 42? It would be
logical, since the capacity of the endpoint is reached not the one of
gnugk.
