After the attempt to make the second call neither gatekeeper will respond on their status ports; the telnet connects, but I don't get the usual messages that gnugk normally gives, and I have to escape out of the telnet session. What exactly do you mean by 'hanged up' ? Hung as in process hang, or hung up in a telephony sense?
