You have to register the gateway with gatekeeper ( as endpoint or permanent endpoint or neighbour).
Then you have to dial a number with the gateway prefix. Suppose your gateway is registered as gw1 then you have to follow the following configuration.
[RasSrv::GWPrefixes]
gw1=09,08
This means that if you dial a number frefixed by 09 or 08, this will be redirected to the gw1. For exemple 099111111, you are dialing 9111111 prefixed by 09.
