Is there any way to determine what access rule is being violated?

I am going nuts!

LRJ|xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx|1510xxxxxxx:dialedDigits|GK2|securityDenial

comes in for every call attempt. I have no security for this and I can't figure out why I'm getting a security denial.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Endpoints directly registered to the gatekeeper have no problems, just calls on forwarded LRQs
