If SupportNATedEndpoints=1 then gnugk will treat it as a nated EP and will always report the private IP. If you disable the Nat support in gk then it won't work. The change has to done on the EP side. Most of the EP or Softphoens comes with option where you can specify the NAT ip. So the EP will then report the NAT IP to gk.
