IMHO, that is an endpoint feature, not a one of the gatekeeper. Most of the endpoints are capable of registering with an alternate gatekeeper should the primary fail. Therefore, just set a low registration interval (RRQ time-to-live) + an alternate gatekeeper. Micronet devices possess the version 4 of the H323 stack so I think it will work smoothly.
